24th July – International self-care day

Self-care is just as important as a healthy diet and exercise and by promoting self-care within the workplace, we can protect not only physically health but also mental health.



To practice self-care, try:

•       Taking breaks away from your desk and go outside where possible.

•       Drink more water and eat a nutritious lunch.

•       Set goals and review your progress. Celebrate the wins!

•       Try meditation or mindful techniques

•       Detox from social media or even limit time spent on devices.
