As businesses that were forced to close during lockdown in Wales, prepare to open, it’s important to check in with the team. So often we might ask the question, “How are you” without really listening to the answer.
There will be some concerns and you may not be able to resolve all the worries, but you can try.
Remember, communication is always key and now more than ever, good communication is needed between employers and employees.
